Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to facilitate the smooth processing of all exchange/return requests. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.
We accept returns/exchanges within 10 days of purchase.
Perfumes should have at least 95% of the product remaining in the bottle.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.

If the testers, or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there might be some small charges.

Regarding perfumes, a small fee applies if it has been used up to 10%. No charges are applicable for almost negligible use, but if more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.
